About Service Reports

Both the listing and the closing features in Top Producer 7i contain service reports that inform the seller or buyer of all the activities you have performed in order to sell their home or close the sale. Completed activities that you have marked done will appear in the service report. In addition, any activities that you add from the Service report tab will appear in the service report. You can print the report, save it to a disk, or send it as a PDF file link in an email. Or, if you have created a customer web page for a contact, you can publish it for the contact to view.

Closing service reports

Create a closing service report in order to close a sold listing. You can:

• Create a closing service report

• Add new activities to a closing service report

• Edit a closing service report’s activities

• Delete a closing service report's activities

Marketing (or listing) service report

Create marketing (or listing) service report in order to sell a new listing. You can:

• Create a marketing service report

• Add activities to a marketing service report

• Edit a marketing service report’s activities

• Add a showing to a marketing service report

• Delete a marketing service report's activities
