Using Top Producer 7i, you can create Web pages where clients can view everything you have done to market and sell their home. Once you activate a customer's Web page, the Web address (URL), username and password can then be emailed to the client.
There are two different links that appear on the customer's Web page: a link to all of the activities and a link to the service report. These activities can be managed from the Service report tab in the customer's listing or closing record, and will be visible to your customer once you have published the report to the Web.
When you make any changes to the service report or activities, you need to publish it again from the listing or the closing record.
