Determining the most successful lead generation methods

To open the Search contacts page: From the Search menu, click Search for contacts.

If you apply a source to each lead you enter in Top Producer 7i, you can easily determine which lead generation activities are providing the most leads.

To determine the success of a lead generation method

1. From the Search contacts page, click the Advanced search tab.

2. From the Search category drop-down list, select Contact information.

3. From the list below, select Source.

4. From the Search for list in the middle of the page, select the source you want to search for.

5. Click .

6. Click Start search.

The Search results page opens, displaying all leads that were generated from the source you selected.

7. Click Search results total in the bottom right to determine the number of leads that source generated.

8. Repeat these steps for each source you want to examine.
