Use the Print dialog to specify your desired print settings.
Use the drop-down
list boxes to select your Printer,
Paper Size and Paper
Source.
Use the spin
buttons to select how many Letters
per contact you want to print.
Use the Pages per sheet
drop-down list box to select how many pages to print on each sheet.
Use the option
buttons to select either Portrait
or Landscape orientation.
Use the Print on both
sides drop-down list box if you want to flip pages on the long
or short edge and print on both sides of the paper.
Click OK to print.
You can print envelopes or labels for the letter(s) you just printed. The Print envelopes or labels dialog box is displayed. Select the type of mailing:
Envelope
Label
Click the Select the [envelope/label] you want to print link and highlight either an envelope or label template from the list. Click OK. For more information, see the Envelope library or the Label library.
Click Print now to choose either the envelope or label printing options from the Print dialog box.
Click Print later to set your future printing options from the Print later dialog box:
enter a description in the Description text box, or click the list icon to select a preset item.
use the Date combo box to enter the date on which you want to print the item, or click the calendar icon to select a date from the calendar.
click the Assigned to drop-down list box and select a person to whom this task is assigned.
Click OK.
