NOTE: The setup details may vary slightly depending on your printer configuration and the mailing items you are printing.
The Print dialog displays a preview of your postcards and several printing options. As you modify your printing options, the changes are reflected in the Preview.
Use the option
buttons to select either Portrait
or Landscape orientation.
Under Horizontal alignment
select either Left, Center,
or Right.
Under Vertical alignment
select either Top, Middle,
or Bottom.
Use the spin buttons to select how many Postcards per page you want to print.
From the Margins &
Spacing tab, use the spin buttons to set the desired page margins
(in inches). You can also set the horizontal and vertical spacing (in
inches) between postcards on a page.
From the Paper size
& Printer options tab, use the drop-down list boxes to select your
Printer, Paper
Size and Paper Source.
Click OK to print.
