My schedule preferences

To open the Scheduler preferences page: From the Setup menu, under Preferences, click Scheduler.

You can specify the view that's displayed each time you access My schedule, the time intervals that are displayed, and how long the work day is.

To set My schedule preferences

  1. From the Display the drop-down list, select the view you want displayed each time My schedule is opened. For more information on the available views, see "My schedule's views".

    2. You must log out of Top Producer 7i and log back in before this setting will take effect.

  2. From the View times in drop-down list, select whether you want time blocks broken up in 15, 30 or 60 minutes intervals.

  3. From the Work day starts at field, select when you start you work day. From the and ends at field, select when your work day ends.

  5. Click OK.

    6. The settings you specified will take effect the next time My schedule is displayed.
