Exporting Agent 2000 data to a .CSV file

The instructions shown below are for Agent 2000. If the steps provided do not match the version you are using, please refer to the Help menu that is provided with Agent 2000.

To export Agent 2000 data

1. From the main menu in Agent 2000, click File » Export Contact Information.

2. In the Export to file field, specify a file location and file name with a .CSV extension. For example, the file name may be similar to Agent.csv. Click OK.

3. To ensure that all fields are exported, select all fields from the Available grid, then click Include.

4. Refer to the import instructions for details on how to import this data into Top Producer 7i.
