The instructions shown below are for Maximizer, version 6.0. If the steps provided do not match the version you are using, please refer to the Help menu that is provided with Maximizer.
To export Maximizer data
From the main menu in Maximizer, click File ยป Export Address Book Entries.
Specify a file location and file name with a .CSV extension. For example, the file name may be similar to Maximizer.csv. Click OK.
In the Format list box, select comma-delimited.
In the Export options section, leave the Include field names as first record in export file option selected. Click OK.
In the Select Fields for Export dialog box, use the Add button to select the fields for export. Select all fields in the default order provided, but do not include any <Empty Fields> since such fields will cause inconsistencies in the .csv file format.
Click Export.
