Selecting contacts/recipients

Follow the steps below to select contacts or recipients from your address book.

To select contacts/recipients

  1. On the Search contact by section, select the type of search criteria by which you will be searching.

  2. Enter your search criteria in the fields provided.

  3. To exclude unsubscribed contacts from the search, select the Filter unsubscribed contacts check box.

  4. To clear the search criteria you have entered, click Clear search. Otherwise, skip this step.

  5. Click Start search once you've entered your search information.

  6. The search results are displayed in the Available [contacts/recipients] column.

  7. Select the contact and click Add.

  8. The contact is added to the Selected [contacts/recipients] column. Similarly, if you want to remove contacts from the list, select the contacts from the Selected [contacts/recipients] column and click Remove. The contacts are removed from your list.

  9. Click OK.

Note: If a contact is not in your address book, from the action menu, click Add new contact.
