working in a default or personal plan.To access the View or edit page: From the Setup menu, click Plans setup. Select the plan that contains the activity you want to modify from the Action plan name drop-down list box. Select the activity, and then click View or edit activity from the action menu.
You cannot modify activities in the default plans.
If you modify a default plan, you will be prompted to save it as a personal
plan. Check the info icon at the top of the page to see if you are
working in a default or personal plan.
To modify a plan activity
From the View or edit page, modify the activity's details.
Click OK when finished.
If you modified an activity that is part of a default plan, the Save action plan dialog box opens.
Enter a new action plan name, and then click OK.
