Agent setup

To open the Agent information page: From the Setup menu, click Agent setup.

Agent setup is your own agent contact record. It's important to enter as much information as you can, and as carefully as possible. This information will appear on email, letters, presentations, and other correspondence that you send to your clients.

Note:  Assistants cannot specify information or add images to the agent contact record.

To enter agent information

  1. Enter your Name details and Address details as you would like it to appear on certain outgoing marketing materials.

  2. Enter your phone numbers, web site and other Contact information. When entering phone numbers, hyphens are automatically inserted for you.

  3. Note:  All replies to email you send will be sent to the address you enter in the Email address field.

  4. In the Office manager section, enter your office manager's name if you want to include their name on outgoing marketing material.

  5. In the Signature section, enter your signature so you can later insert it into outgoing correspondence.

  6. Tip:  Any pictures you load into your signature will only appear on outgoing email. If you want to load a picture into other marketing materials, load the picture into the Agent or assistant pictures page, and then insert the appropriate picture merge code.   7. All of the other Top Producer 7i applications you have subscribed to appear in the Additional Top Producer 7i applications section. Select a check box to assign a license and grant access to an application.

  8. Tip: You can add application licenses by calling Top Producer Customer Service at 1-866-230-4789, or modify your subscription online.

  9. Select your geographical Time zone.

  10. Click OK.
