To open the View or edit page: From the Schedule menu, click Today's business. Click the link that contains the activity type you want to modify, and then select the activity. From the action menu, click View or edit.
When editing an activity, the options available to you depend on the type of activity you are modifying.
To view or edit an activity
From the View or edit page, modify the activity's details.
In the Activity dates section, if the activity is linked to a listing, closing or plan, you can set the date to be dependent on a particular activity (for example, the listing expiry date). Select any of the following:

Set the activity date to Fixed date if you do not want the date to be automatically adjusted.
If the listing date changes auto-adjust
If the activity date is dependent on the listing date, select If the listing date changes auto-adjust. Then if the listing date changes, the activity date will auto-adjust to reflect the change (Listing activities only).
If the expiry date changes auto-adjust
If the activity date is dependent on the expiry date, select If the expiry date changes auto-adjust. Then if the expiry date changes, the activity date will auto-adjust to reflect the change. (Listing activities only)
If the acceptance date changes auto-adjust
If the activity date is dependent on the acceptance date, select If the acceptance date changes auto-adjust. Then if the acceptance date changes, the activity date will auto-adjust to reflect the change. (Closing activities only)
If the closing date changes auto-adjust
If the activity date is dependent on the closing date, select If the closing date changes auto-adjust. Then if the closing date changes, the activity date will auto-adjust to reflect the change. (Closing activities only)
If preceding activity changes auto-adjust
If the activity is related to another activity, you should select the If preceding activity changes auto-adjust option. Select the preceding activity from the drop-down list box. (Plan activities only).
NOTE: In order to change the number of days the activity will occur after the preceding activity is completed, you must select the Fixed date option, change the date to occur the correct number of days after the preceding activity, then select the Preceding activity option again. The number of days will be updated according to the date entered.
Click OK when finished.
