Entering completed activities

To open the Lead manager page: From the Contacts menu, click Leads.

Enter a completed activity if you've performed an activity for a lead, and this activity has not yet been entered in the system. This will update the lead's status to "Followed up" and the activity details will be saved in the lead's contact history.

If you've completed an activity and already entered it in the system, mark the activity done instead of entering a completed activity.

To enter a completed activity

  1. From the Lead manager, select the lead and then click the Enter completed activity action menu item.

  2. The Enter completed activity dialog box opens.

  3. Select the Activity type.

  4. In the Date completed field, select when the activity was completed.

  1. Type the Time the activity was completed.

  2. Enter the activity's Description.

  3. Click OK.

  4. The lead's status changes to "Followed up" and the details are saved in the contact history.
