My schedule provides a daybook planner view for keeping track of all your appointments and timed calls A call activity with a start and end time. You can schedule your personal appointments and access them in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly views. Print a convenient hard copy of your schedule and view your assistant and team members' schedule from My schedule.
The Scheduler preferences page lets you specify how My schedule will appear each time it's displayed. You can specify the view, time intervals and the length of your work day.
You can manage only appointments and timed calls from My schedule. Use Today's business to view all of your activities.
Important: Scheduled appointments or timed calls that are not linked to a contact record will be deleted from your database after one year. If you don't want them deleted, make sure that you link them to the associated contact record when you schedule them. Doing this allows you keep a permanent database record of appointments and calls.
To open My Schedule
From the Schedule menu, click My schedule.
